Pro Bodybuilder Irene just left the Shemuscle Gym. She arrived yesterday from Sweden to compete on Saturday in the NYC Pro Show. Irene looked full and vascular even though she was carb depleted. She said she will start to carb load tonight. We had a great shoot, here is a tease. Irene stepped on a bodybuilding stage for the first time at the age of 37, and only two years later, earned her pro card.
